Looks healthy enough. If you want to fatten him up, try waxworms and butterworms in addition to earthworms and crickets as a staple. The most common problem with tigers in captivity is obesity, so don't try to pile on too much weight.

I think he looks perfect.
As kaysie said, obesity is the most common health problem among captive tiger sals.
