Ghost Cape Gophers?

ainriail Nov 06, 2005 06:34 PM

Hello all,
I was at a show this weekend and a fellow said he breeds ghost capes. Now I've only been into pits for about 5 years, but I've never heard of them. If anyone has any info or pictures, I would love to hear about or see them.
Thanks Casey Crain

I have never heard anyone mention this morph in Capes before? Seems pretty impossible since the only morph I am familiar with is Amel Capes? I have never heard of Hypo or Anerys? Could it possibly be he was meaning Sonorans? If there's any other morphs besides Amels I too would love to see some pics. Tom Stevens

Hello Tom,

I am positive he was speaking of Baja gophers. Now he could mean Bimaris ,but still I have heard of nothing of the sort. The fellow said he would e-mail me a picture, and I also asked for some background information. When I recieve something I will be sure to post it for all to see.

Take care Casey Crain

Well maybe he hatched out something unique and coined the name Ghost for it? Like the Cal Kings and Ball Pythons which are not a result of Hypo to Anery breedings... If he is reproducing it consistently I wonder how he kept it quiet? I know I would have a problem doing so LOL. Looking forward to seeing those pics.
