i have a veiled that is about 8 month old.i have noticed a small brown mark on the lower part of her month just wondering if any one has any idea what it may be and how to fix any problem.

Can you send a pic? Did the mark just appear? Is it part of an insect shell stuck on the lip? Is the lip or gum swollen at all? If you take a Q-tip and rub at it does it come off? Look at the inside of the lip to see if there is any redness or swelling. It's hard to imagine just what you are seeing without some more detail.
Sounds like Mouth Rot. Find out more by doing a seach on Google.com for 'Chameleon Mouth Rot'. Myself, I'm not sure how to treat it but best thing you can do is a trip to the vet.
