Breeder Recommendation

chupacabra1090 Jul 22, 2003 11:55 AM

I currently keep various snakes and a pair of tegus. My girlfriend has two beardies one of which is a definite male and the other is unsexed. While i do know a bit about my animals and my preferred breeders and such, i know nothing about reputable BD breeders. I would like to purchase a yearling female from a reputable breeder. Its hard to say who is legit in the classifieds. Can anyone recommend who they prefer and why?

Also is there an accurate way to sex these guys? I get a variety of opinions when searching the archives.

Bearded Dragons and More!

Dragons By Nature. It was the first time I have ever owned a bearded dragon and I did a lot of research of the breeders listing on the classifieds. Brandon was excellent at answering all of my one million questions! His beardies are bred for their personality and optimal health. I have had my little brown eyed girl for 3 weeks and she has never had a problem eating. The breeder dragons they use are absolutely beautiful. Here's the link:

Females at a year old and older are pretty pricey and hard to find, but they are out there if you want to pay the $$$$.
Here's another sexing pic link (sometimes it takes more then one) : )
You might want to check the available page while there.
