All i need to do is breed two pastels together to make super pastels?
Breeding Pastel to Pastel should result in 25% Super Pastel, 50% Pastel, 25% Normal.
This year, one clutch I got 75% pastel, and 25% Super.
Got to love those odds.

Yea what line did do that? Can i have a reference to the breeder?
a certain line doesn't do that..... it was just good luck. Any pair of pastels has the same chance of producing any combo of results. Rules of genetics says 25% supers, 50% pastels & 25% normals..... but they could lay 75% supers and 25% normals and it would just have been a VERY lucky clutch!
hope this helps.
