most likely he will get more laid back and lazy, liking to just chill at places. But at times, they can get curious and like to roam~!

My beardie is about a year old and has only calmed down a little. If I take her out, she'll usually run around the room for 20 mins (going back and forth from one end to the other, exploring all the nooks and crannies and ALWAYS playing in the pile of shoes for a little while). Then she'll usually find a place to curl up and sleep for a little while. She really seems to enjoy it. In fact in the past month or two I think she's slept in her cage maybe once or twice. The lights go off around 10:00, around 9:00 she starts getting tired and curls up on top of the couch (that's were we put her so no one sits on her) she'll dig her head into a blanket, and she's out for the night. Don't worry though, she doesn't wake up until 8 or so and we leave the house early, so we put her back in the cage before we leave. Although it's funny if someone sleeps on the couch and wakes up around 8 with a beardie staring back at you.
