UV light OK?

Cotton Nov 09, 2005 06:02 PM

Well I am useing a tubelight. I think a Zoo Med Desert Light 7.0 or something like that. I used it for about 3 months before last year. It still appears very blueish, not pure white at all. Is it all right to use for my babies?

Double check with the manufacturer to be sure it supplies UVB.
The quality of the UVB degrades over time. It's recommended to replace the lights after 6 months.
