Can anybody tell me what local this grayband would be considered, am hoping to aquire some blairs phase that are dark charcoal if not borderline black with nice contrast. If the breeder does not say what locality it is then it is probably "generic", meaning it is mixed or the locality is not known. You can get nice dark phases from several different localities or from generic snakes. Either way it is best to find out what the adults that produced it look like because sometimes the babies don't turn dark until later. Sometimes it's just a guess whether they will or not but a good breeder can at least make an educated guess. Sanderson and Christmas Mtns. are both localities known for sometimes producing nice dark phases with bright orange. Try Ric Blair Reptiles he may still have some nice Christmas'.
