This girl and her boyfriend are right at a year old. If they think there is a rodent in the room you better watch your fingers and face. Later, Randy Whittington

Locale is unknown on those. I have two from the same parents. Judging from the size of the parents and the growth rate of mine I'd say they have some Texas influence. We'll never know for sure. I'm somewhat specific about locales but these guys are awesome, so I don't care.

Thanks Shannon. Locale is unknown but after much discussion texas is guessed. They were bred by Scott Crumbley who sold the parents since then. I drove 4 hours to his house last year to get my pick of the litter pair. Later, Randy W.

Not to anyone's knowledge. They bloodlines one these are cloudy. They may be from the Kingsville area out of Ginter's line, from that area but not out of that line, or even from an entire other area all together!

Nice generic Pituophis. Very nice looking ones!

Good point, lol.

Hi,
Heres my year old Kingsville Texas locale bull from Ginters line. She had a brown background color when she was a hatchling, and has become more orange/red with each shed. A male from the same line was also the same coloration as a hatchling, and is now beginning to show some yellow orange coloration.

Randy,
That is so awesome..... I have the parents from Scott. The female double clutched for me. The first consisted of 16 LARGE eggs that are due to hatch shortly. The second clutch was 14 more LARGE eggs!!! I wish I could take pics that looked that good as the parents look like yours. I have an ad in the classifieds for anyone wanting some of these monster bulls. Ron

I've been begging to see new pics of the parents since Scott had them. Any chance of seeing updated photos anytime soon?

herphobbyist Jul 24, 2003 09:25 AM

I will try and get some new pics soon. The male is opaque and the female very thin from double clutching. Ron
