Hello, Should I get a Ball????????

igotthatfeeling Nov 13, 2005 04:49 AM

Hi,

I currently have a Green Tree Python, but I want something I can hold.

1. How long do these snakes get?
2. Do I have to place them in different cages when I feed?
3. Do the bites hurt?
4. Is this a good "handling" snake?
5. Where can I get a good Captive Bred Ball?

Thanks so much.

Serriously just read up on something even if its two caresheets or a few pages of this forum and searching a few topics then ask questions. If you do that then you will get all the background knowledge you need and won't have to ask A lot of things. Just read up, it can't hurt. Also get a book if you can even if it just explains basics.
Care sheet.

when you ask "do you have to put them in different cages to feed, are you planning on keeping this snake with your GTP?? If so, then don't get another snake. ALL snakes should be housed individually unless breeding.

Why can't you hold you GTP? I have ball pythons that are more aggressive than my GTP..
thanks
