Common Boas (Dial Up Warning)

kimusubi Nov 13, 2005 01:55 PM

Most people have lots of morphs or extremely beautiful locality boas. Some of the stuff out there are amazing. But after looking at an average boa of mine, you still have to appreciate her beauty. I never really thought she was much a looker, except for her tail, but with every shed she gets brighter and brighter. And she has LOTS of speckales, and it just makes her look even better. She's also has perfect camo, she's been known to hide herself VERY well.

What I also love about her is that she is PURE muscle, no fat what-so-ever. She is VERY big for her age, but it's all lean mass, and not too much girth. She's very healthy.

I really love her tail. For a common boa, her tail is very red. And has very beautiful white striping in between it. I'm not too sure of the "technical" term for it.

Hopefully she'll grow up to be much more beautiful than she is now. She's only 5 months old.

speckles. I would say lightly dusted or sparsely speckled.

The unfortunate thing about her is that she is one of my "nippy" boas. However, she's been calming down lately. So it's good.
