Mrs. Stull's Pituophis book of 1940,Variations and relationships in the snakes of the genus Pituophis is a great book, isn’t it?

On the German market we have some not fully cut paperback books of it starting with apr. 35 Dollar. The good hardcover versions are much more expensive. F.e. ABEbooks.com has a great variety of old books, too this of Mrs. Stull. And sure some USA bookselles have it, too. I try to link the Pituophis searchpage of ABEbooks below.

Other (better) sources than those antiquariat book houses for this book and its prices I don’t know…

Bernd

I've heard the price range on that book going from free to 85 dollars... It is to me worth the 44 dollars I paid for a good copy of when it was printed. I also have a print on demand copy that is great for actual reading, cause I'm not worried about my first printing copy to fall apart on me due to it's age. So it's what it's worth to you. Best of luck getting a copy, they are pretty rare. A great collectors item for a Pituophis lover like myself. And compared to what we have for books out there on just Pituophis, the Stull book is the bible.

I just paid 34.00$ for a signed copy on abebooks.com. Shipping included I belive it was $42.00. I remember seeing copies from $34.00 all the way up to $95.00 for hardback photocopied versions. Good luck.
