ATTN: Eve, yeah I am using bird seed(keeping in mind of mold/rot if wet). He does get 1-2 seeds in his mouth when he eats sometimes. But really not enough to worry me, but should I worry? Before I did use some fine sandstone sand from some local dunes, but switched. What do you use?
