If anybody out there could really help me out, getting frustrated ....

I'm kinda getting frustrated. How do you properly help a bp to shed?

1. I know soaking helps, but how long do you soak a bp?
2. How deep should the water be for soaking?
3. If that doesnt help, some people say put the bp in a wet pillow case or "wrap" the bp in a wet towel. Should I do this?
4. Some people say, put some wet sphagnum moss in a hide box so the bp could go in there and shed. Ok, I understand that, but where should this hide box be located? should it be located on the warm side (right under the overhead heat lamp)? or the cool side?
5. Which should I use...I need help big time.
6. Some people are also saying to bump up the humidity, to how much? is 50%-60% enough?
7. I have a 75 watt heat bulb, is that enough? I had 100 watt before but it dehydrated my pet snake.
8. My bp hisses a lot, how do I properly tame him? I take him out of the cage at least every 2 days, I hold him for about 10 minutes everytime he's out of the cage, is that enough? should I take him out everyday? how long do I have to hold him? I want to tame him, please help.
