Thanks, I remember your posts about your butter. I was fairly new here and was pretty much just lurking. Sorry for the loss. I'm glad the pet shop did something to help rectify the situation. Actually I got mine from a local pet shop. I've been dealing with them for about 25 years. Usually they only have a couple of corns each year (normal, albino, snow) I was surprised when I went there for some supplies and the tank said "Bloodred, Butter, Lavender" and a few other high end corns. I asked a young kid who just started working there if there were anymore butters he told me he sold the last one the day before. He proceeded to sift through the aspen (which was about 3 inches thick) to show me a really nice bloodred, when all of a sudden the butter popped his head up. I couldn't pass it up for 49.00. He eats like a maniac.
I thought he looks more like a caramel...
