The time, money, effort, hard work, know how, expertise, foresight, passion, courage, and intellect into any venture that also happened to produce money. You would have to be stupid not to understand that hard work and a great deal of foresight are NEEDED TO BE A SUCCESS. This is one of the most insane justifications for putting successful people down just because they are successful. RDR, VPI, BHB, MKR, SK, etc have not made themselves successful because of stupidity. They are successful because they know what they are doing. If you do not like that then too bad for you. Grow up! Do you think the world revolves around people that whine and complain about other peoples successes? NO.
