a question about breeding...

BoaJose Nov 16, 2005 10:33 AM

hi all!

i have 1.2 adult boas that i want to breed...
the females is kept in one cage and the male in another..

my question is, when i introduce them to each other.. can i introduce the male to both females at the same time.. or should i move one of the females and after a week or two move the male to that female??

thank you!

You can put the male in with both females. The largest successful breeding group I've seen first hand with BCI was a 1 male 4 female group. 3 of the females became gravid and the fourth that did not was a dud the 2 previous seasons even with one on one experience.
