I think they produce albinos, lol. It has not been proven inheritable in any way. I think the only test left is to see if it is a sexlinked trait.
Basically it is a fluke.

There are some exceptions though, the calico hypos, and Ralph's Paradox Snow might lead to somthing.

Ralph's Snow was born from a DH X Dh litter, and in Europe a breeder did the same breeding and got a "three toned albino" (AWESOME). Ralph now owns the parents to that Three-toned and last year was going to breed the male to his Paradox Snow female. I am not sure what has happened since that plan?

Is there any info or pics on that 3 toned albino? that sounds very interesting. Thanks again, Andy

I am sure if you email Ralph with the knowledge I gave you, he might give you some info. He might also keep it secret, lol.

I don't know where to find it, I am sure if you do a few google searches you will come up with something.

Here is a pic and a link to the page with the information (in I think German) I am fairly sure it is the one mentioned because it does mention something about Ralph Davis. Any way enough rambling here is the link.

An interesting theory. He any some others think that Paradox is caused from an embryo reabsorbing its twin and there were two other sets of paternal twins in his litter. He said that they believe that the same thing happens with Ball pythons.

There are instances in amazons where two perfectly normal adults produce paradox animals year after year but paradox to paradox has never been proven....just something of note.
