I was wondering if this was normal. I never noticed it before until now but I was just wondering if this was normal color or if the spur was infected.

Well the snake doesn't have it but I believe you are suffering from a condition know to many as obsesive newbie syndrome otherwise known as ONS. Either way atleast you were worried but serriously its nothing 
It's so cute how you are so concerned!!
That is normal, but if those spurs decide to get up and walk away without your snake, then you should be concerned...
