Are Hognose snakes legal in Georgia?

I am interested in getting a Western Hognose, but have heard they are grouped with poisonous snakes and are illegal in some states. What is their status in Georgia? Does anyone know? Thanks in advance

You should be ok with a western hog but no easterns or southerns.GA has some messed up laws reguarding native non-venomous reptiles.Hope this helps,Trey
