Hypo Muttly???

BlueKing Nov 16, 2005 09:55 PM

I saw an adult kingsnake on the classifieds labeled as a "hypo-goini". After looking at the pics I noticed the thin(er), high-count, crossbands and it appears that this animal might be a cross between a hypo brooksi & eastern and not a true goini. Or better described as possible man-made goini. . .What do you all think?
(Not trying to discredit ANYONE, but just curious - So please don't take my comments as the gospel truth).
It IS a very beautiful snake and it reminds me of a lighter colored phase of Jetzen's "Muttly" who I am very fond of by the way . . . (Jetzen already knows this!) Thanks,

Zee

that snake in the ad does not even look hypo to me. Looks more like a high yellow brooksi x goini from the Dream King line (25% goini 75% floridana)

Is there another type of hypo-goini besides the Blaze Phase?

Mark Bell produces hypo brooksi x goini. They have held most of there offspring back in '04 and '05 so I think they plan on making a big slash with these in the future. I think that Jeff Schofield has one on the classifieds right now. Very pretty snake.

typo from the last post should read:

I think they plan on making a big SPLASH with these in the future

And i'm not using the word mutt as a insult, because i happen to like "ALL" reptiles including "MUTT" snakes.

Zee,I'm sure "MUTTLY" would like you too, lol.

Post a pic of that killer red-hot eastern girl, that you got from Will Still, how's she holding her red?

NO prob - I will get that for you tomorrow, man. She's still lookin' good. BUT: . . .It's bed time for Bonzo. Gotta beat the rooster to his perch in a few hours. . . (Work is ok - Gettin' up for work: SUX! - Being late for work: NOT priceless)
