Amazon Milk Frog (Phrynohyas resinifictrix)

Got the opportunity to photograph these young Amazon Milk Frogs at a herp expo here in San Antonio last weekend. Simply amazing looking frogs!

I love how cooperative some of these tropical hylids can be. They almost seem to smile for the camera!

Great shot. It's tack sharp with nice DOF on the frog. Was it taken through glass?

Thanks.

No. I took the frog out of its deli cup and stuck in on a plant that was there at the expo.
