Babies still hathing...one with forked tail

redoaksblues Nov 18, 2005 07:48 PM

Well after seven long anxious months.............the hatching is truly in full swing (24 total, 2 hatched 5 hatching as we speak 10 sweating...I am a nervous wreck)

Interstingly, one was born with a forked tail. Nothing else is seems out of place...one head...four feet.....each end of the tail curls indepently.....

I hope he is a male....this is a union between a Kammerflage Legolas Daugter (windex blue) and the beautiful Screamelons son of Subzero. Can you imagine a windex blue chamelon with a forked tail????? Has anyone every heard of this?

I have never heard of anyone having one before. It is sure to be famous if it does survive, especially if it is a male with great colors. Try to get a pic....

I have been trying to get the shot, but he is so active and sooo smalll, my camera will not focus and it stays together until he has to do an arborial move and then both tips grip the branch....will keep trying.....
