Cornutum hatchlings

Here is a picture from today of the four cornutum hatchlings.
I have added some information to the "studies" page regarding this group and will be tracking growth through the next year or so.

The one is huge!!! but Texas HLs really are some beautiful lizards.....They look great! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Phil. I had some losses with the group, but these remaining are doing very well. It's amazing the difference in personality when they are captive born. Much less skittish which equals out to less stress. It will be great to have some CB THL's in the community which will hopefully make for better captives and reduce the need or desire to take from the wild going forward.

They look great!! That large one looks really really neat!
I was curious if you ever had to separate them regarding to size? Do you feed smaller ones separate?

Personally i have to do this a lot with my bettas when breeding. They all come out different sizes and the smaller ones need a bit of extra care.

Sorry for the delayed response. I have not seperated them as of yet, but as they get bigger and the gap in size widens I am considering it. They pose to threat to each other, but the larger ones are much more competative at feeding which could cause some issues.
