To me a nice dark Argentine is one of the nicest natural boas around. Beautiful animals. Thank you Ernie Eison

Phil,
She is probably the only true black and white Argentine that has surfaced in a long time. Do you think that your female could be a possible "anerythrystic" type of B.c.o.? What does her tail look like?
Just curious,
Scott

By the way, do you have any pics of your male?

PGoss Nov 20, 2005 02:34 PM

Her tail matches the rest of her. She is with a male that is almost her equal. Only one problem... She's ready and he's not. He's plenty big. They are both 7' , but no babies any time soon.

I agree they are really amazing boas and underappreciated. They do get really large, though. One interesting sideline, one of my very black longicauda males somewhat resembles an Argentine.
