If you are getting 2 females, get a 100 gallon tank. If you are getting anything other then that, scrap the idea to get one tank.
how big of a tank would be needed for one dragon?
A good size cage for a dragon or pair of dragons is 4' x 2' x 16" in my opinion. I don't know what a glass tank would be of those dimensions, but as close to that as possible would be good. We use melamine wood to keep the cage brighter.
Also, you don't want to put tiny babies in a very large tank that is ready for them when they are adults.. the babies will get lost in something that big and have a difficult time staying warm and comfortable and not stressed out. Will also be more difficult for them to find their food. Would be a good idea to block off a large part of the cage if you buy a large cage until they are older.
And the other post had a point.. two females housed together would be much better then a male and female pair in my opinion.. the male will relentlessly try to breed with her when he is old enough and in season and it will put a lot of pressure on the female.. it can be done, but would be better to house all dragons alone in our opinion once they reach 4 or 5 months.
