Man,Do I ever miss having my camera. This breeding has been nerve wracking compared to the last ones I have had.Waterbowl being knocked around an over an the whole nine yards,But he finally succeeded[sp?]I witnessed her swelling like she just ate a football as we speak. So in a week or so she should shed an I can start my count.Keeping my fingers crossed for N.E.R.D line pastels 100% het for stripe an if I had a female het to prove out wether or not he was a het or not they might be poss hets to boot.Sorry don't have no camera or I would post pic's.He was in with my high pink female also but I never witnessed no swelling with her,but she is up a bit high an she is in shed so when this female he is in with now goes into shed an the other goes out he will go back to the other female!Man he is one heck of a breeder!3 females in one season, what a stud, lol.Well good luck to all an keep your fingers crossed. Thanks Eric[Hypoboa]

Eric. Curious, I thought you said only recently you had no females to breed this year, but now you have a male that has bred 3 females? Did ya have some hidden or luck into some females recently.

What I meant by that was I didnt think 2 of my females were going to go because they were knocking over the water an everything an I kept having to pull the male an Raindrop even though she died makes 3 don't it?So with the other 2 I just gave them a 3 to 4 day break away from the male an reinterduced an they became receptive to the male, well 1 did anyway,I am not certain on the other because I didnt witness copulation on her an she is in shed!Randy I do have more than just a few boa's?

I was curious too. I have been looking for some nice females, and have not seen anything available. I just figured that since less than a week ago, Eric didn't have any females ready to breed(I think he said he was"sol" for producing anything this year),he must have gotten some new girls in.

I am almost 100% certain that I took the time to explain why I was going to be sol on a litter of babies not because I didnt have the females! But because the way my 2 females were acting at the time! But they became receptive an now all I can do is wait!An pulling the water bowl from them was a big help also! Thanks for your input an for looking at my post,Eric[Hypoboa]

It's my own fault,I just been so stressed out this season with worring about where to come up with money for this an for that an Cammie in an out of the hospital, that I pulled my male to fast,I reckin?I seen a huge ovulation swell an it went down an she went into shed an started to swell again an shed out, started my count an watched her swell an at day 37 she went into shed again,She only ate a large every 2 weeks but she shed out yesterday an the lump has totally disappeared today,no swelling at all,So I am assuming she absorbed them,Oh well mabe next season will be better!Well good luck to everyone else this season an here are a few pic's of last years babies,at least I was blessed with one litter! Thanks Eric[Hypoboa]

At that time you made no mention of having any other females ready to go this year. I think that is where the confusion is steming from. Either way good luck and maybe this year won't be a strikeout after all. Vinnie

My bad....Sorry for the confusion! But I am still pretty sure I posted posts about diamond an my nerd line female,An if I was better at using the computer I could find these posts an post them like you did!Thats why I would rather speak on the phone than type out long confusing posts!Because those that do know me an do talk to me on the phone do know I know what I am doing an do know, that I know how to care for my animals even though my posts are confusing. Thanks Eric[Hypoboa]
