i have a female that has been in shed for almost two weeks now. i haven't started cycling yet because i was waiting for all my girls to shed. i gave her two good long soaks friday night but all she does is hide in the back corner of her tub. it's like she's gone into hybernation. my humidity is good and my temps are good. all my other snakes are in the same rack and they had perfect sheds. i'm baffled,anybody got any ideas?

not sure if this is the same as what I ran into but in the last 2 weeks I had 3 snakes not shed right, they just got the head part off and that is it. It was like they didn't try, I did my normal spraying the cages etc... that worked in the past. well I figure out that the air has been super super dry here in Los Angeles(I even got chapped lips which never happens), so I think that is what the problem was. I ended up having to put them in a damp pillow case inside a container(to make it nice and humid) under a heat source. Which worked great. (thanks to Jay Martin for the tip)
has your snakes eyes went back to normal color?

her eyes have stayed cloudy for over a week. i had 2 others shed within the past 7-10 days and all was good. she hasn't done anything at all. the eyes usually clear up and then they shed a day or two later, but all she does is ball up in the corner at the back of the tub. like i said before it's like she has shut down. if i pick her up she moves but other than that, nothing.
