Does anybody know how to go about getting snakes down to the bone without the bones falling apart.Like when you see mounts of snakes in the zoo when its nothing but the skeleton.

If you go to a local natural history museum or university, they should have a supply of bugs that do the work for you. You could maybe order some from them. I don't remember the name, but we had them at my university and they were good enough to perfectly clean even fragile skeletons like pygmy shrews, etc. Little smell, too. If you can't find those and have a strong stomach, use maggots. I wouldn't recommend boiling as snake bones are probably too delicate for that.
