We caught this guy and a bunch of others in the San Francisco Bay. He is a Sevengill Shark and was about five feet. These guys have big mouths full of razor sharp teeth. So sharp I had what i'm pretty sure was atleast a six footer on my line and he bit right through my steel leader. I was pretty mad when I lost him. Anyways enjoy the pix.

I remember a book written about those guys a while back... it was a young adults book or something entitled Sevengill.. about this guy's experience with those animals in the aquarium setting... when one of the aquarium's in california was still on the coast and used to run under a different name... interesting book... I think I lost my copy of it years ago though... victim of one of my many changes of residence *l*
