I have a pro exotics temp gun, (the middle sized, middle priced one) and it keeps switching from Fahrenheit to Celcius on me for no reason. I press the mode button a few times until the C blinks then I hit the large button and it goes back to F for a little while, but then a few readings later it just switches back! Anyone know how to work these things!?!?!?

Call the manufacturer, they would know it best!

I and my partner have that same model for nearly 2 years now and niether of us have had that problem. I agree with the previous poster call the manufacture they know best. I think this is probally an isolated incident. My one other suggestion woud be switch the battery and start over.
