hi,i am thinking of buying this pair from a pet shop here in the uk,the shop says there microlepis and are a breeding pair,i have my doubts.hope the link works.

Oh those poor animals!
Seeing them in such a state just makes me want to cry. Sadly, unless you are interested in a rescue operation, walking away from the lizards is the only option. I could be over reacting, but I would say that without proper care soon, they will not be around long.

They do look very small to be at sexual maturity.
That is a regular pen in the photo right?
Also, they do not look particularly healthy, but that could be also due to the picture. Does the store know how to handle Uros?
Ask lots of questions to determine the validity of their claims...

originally,they told me they where mcfadyeni!.i sent them a link to deer fern,and they are now saying they're microlepsis.i have asked for a photo of them in hot colours and have heard nothing(2 days ).
The warning bells are ringing,i think i'll walk away from this one.
Any one in the uk got some uros for sale?
They do not know anything if they confuse a Egyptian with a mcfadyeni.
I would keep looking. Sorry cannot help...I'm in the States....
