need help quick

i just got my first day gecko and his skin is turning brown and i dont know if this is pre shed or if im doing somthing wrong please help

Hi, I would check temps if I were you, I have a giant day gecko and she will turn brown if not warm enough!

I'm sur ethey can get darker if stressed also, is she eating okay? Any other symptoms or just darker colored?

Try checking your heat first, and let us know
