shockwave2501 Nov 23, 2005 06:17 PM

Sorry Im not steeped in a world of construction...tooo much time playing video games and hackin away at DoD servers in my youth. Anyhow I got some plywood oh boy! About 8 ft x4x4 good cage dimensions for an young adolescent tegu whos growin and growin. Anyhow lemme get to the point. I need a tool for cutting "windows" into a piece of wood. its pretty thick plywood btw. like 1/2 inch. Please lemme know what tool i might neeed to look into. Id like to get this cage built as he is starting to look like he wnats more room to play. He is a very nice b/w colombian (yea as in the country not the effen explorer),just like his papa (me). Hed greatly appreciate u helping me cause hes been laughing at me lately (he finds things amusing its funny) cause ive been jsut sitting there and staring at the wood goin "now how the hell am i gonna cut it?" Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Thnx!

I'd use a jig saw or a "rotozip" type tool. You can buy an inexpensive jig saw at your local Home Depot type store for under $30.
