ill soon be getting a new ball python do you think i could make his/hers vivarium a rainforest look because i found many pretend plants from the rainforest and a really cool den in the shape of a volcanoe with a mister aswell on top if i had the temperature right it could work???

If not what type of plants should i be looking for ?? (desert)?

Ball pythons dont generally need plants they just need good temps
92-94 hot side and 82-84 on cool side....
Generally i use 2-3 hides 1 on hot side one on cool side and 1 inbetween...
Plants are always fine if you want a nice looking enclosure.

Balls are generally heavy and ungracefull and have a tendancy to pull down, knock over and smash plants - you can use them, however you'll find yourself having to rearrange them often - also remember that they will also need to be cleaned - nothing wrong with having a nice natural looking tank - but the more you put in it the more that's got to be cleaned! Also - the mister is a no - no.

Why is the Mister a No,No? I have a HabbaMist in my Ball's tank.
