I just got a baby puff from a friend but he refuses to eat, does anybody have any tips on how to get him to eat?

could you please give some more info?
How big (small) is teh snake?
What kind of enclosure is it is?
When is the snake fed?
Temperature, moisture, food items used, that kind of stuff.
