Great color on that one Jetzen.....The saddles are almost orange instead of the regular red. Also...the ground color look nice even with those speckles.....
When you gonna produce some to share?

any of my 03 mexicana are over three foot, didn't i just read one of your posts about you havin to wait till 07 for some of your 03 thayeri?
I'm gonna put some togeather next upcoming season anyway they'll either do it or not.
If it works out i hope ya got sompin good to trade like maybe alterna or mex-mex or maybe blue-eyed blonds.

Jetzen,
You are right...I do have to wait on some of my 2003 holdbacks, especially the females. I usually stick to a 30 inch / 300 gram rule for potential breeding female mexicana. And since some just grow faster than other or have growth spurts at different times I have to wait on some to reach that mark, but a 2003 male should breed this coming breeding season (2006) even if it is not 30 inches and 300 grams. They could all possibly breed earlier the criteria I use is just something I go by and is not a rule for everyone.
So with that in mind....I wish you all the luck next Spring/Summer. I would certainly make some trades with you John. I am breeding my Blue Eyed Blonde to a Lavender Female this year to see if they are in fact different traits or not.......I will either have some Lavender Calkings or double het for blonde and lavender calkings......I also hope to have some dark phase and classic phase Mexmex next year and some generic locale alterna.
Here are some Mexmex to check out.....

I am looking forward to seeing what the dark ones will produce,

top notch esp. your killer mex-mex.

Thanks man......You got an awesome collection going yourself.
You just need to produce some killer offspring and start doing some line breeding for the traits YOU really like......That is what keeps it fun for me.....
