What are they? if your trying to stimulate breeding 65 is good enough for most species. if you really want to keep them down to 55, put them in a tupperware container with lightly moisten moss and refridgerate. Use a refridgerater with a good thermostat.
If you have a seperate room for your snakes, a window air conditioner would probably do the trick, at least I would think so. Preferably one with a thermostat so you can sleep at night without worrying about your snakes freezing. Those are also pretty cheap around this time of year. I have never hibernated snakes myself, it's just a thought I had.
