Hey there,
I'm just checking for the first time since last week, so I hope this isn't too late. I agree with Vonnie, your lizard probably needs to be started on Baytril (if it is an infection), though it could be a calcium deficiency that's causing metabolic bone disease. It may be hard to tell the difference, so I'd definitely take the lizard to a vet for proper diagnosis. If it is infection, there is a liquid solution that you can bathe the leg in (or paint it on with a Q-tip). I can't remember the name of the liquid, but it looks just like Dawn dishwashing liquid (in the original blue color), and it slightly thinner consistency. Your vet will probably know what it is. If it is MBD, then you'll need to administer extra calcium; I'd recommend the liquid form that the lizard can drink off the tip of a syringe.
