A medium sized rubbermaid tub, some top soil, and some light fixtures.
Put a few inches of clean top soil in, enough so the baby can bury itself. Have a few hides around. A water dish on the cool side, and a food dish. A flouresant (sp?) light fixture going the entire length of the rubbermaid. Put a UV light in that. Have one or two incadesant light fixtures on the opposite end of the water dish and put some bulbs in it (they can just be household bulbs, or you can use cermic heat emitters, or you can buy bulbs at the petstore, which ever you want). If you have cats, dogs or small children you may want to go to home depot or something and get some chicken fence and make a top.
