vanishing pattern vs. no pattern

cmsuphoto Nov 28, 2005 12:16 AM

I know there's blizzard corns with no patterns, but are there corns with color that have no pattern? I have finally gotten this corn snake identified as a vanishing patterned amel, and didn't know what to do about breeding. Think she's worth anything? Any breeders want her and her dad to work with? Is there corns that have just one solid color, other than white? Just curious.

Awesome, thanks. She's gonna be an interesting breeding project next year. Hope all goes well. Thanks again for your reply and the website you sent me.

i love snakes with one solid color, i dont know of any corns like that exept butter stripe(which looks unicolor), thats what you should breed to. youd have amel babys but then maybe youd get vanishing butter stripe

Bloodreds have no pattern.

That is not true that bloodreds dont have patterns as when they are newborns and juviniles they have the same markings as all corns do, and even as adults most have the markings even if it is the faintest marking and you cannot really see it, they have the pattern.Just my 2 cents

Just about every corn has some pattern - even blizzards. Usually it's very faint in "patternless," vanishing pattern, blizzard, or very good examples of bloodred corns.

I can't really add anything constructive to the coversation but I would like to say that the closest snakes, I have ever seen, to patternless are Tim's.
Tim, you have some beautiful specimens.
