Ok not sure why that went only 1/2 way complete, but let's try this again.

I am going out of town in about 3 weeks for a little over 1 week. My friend that normally helps me out when I am away will be unavailable as well. So I am hoping someone has some ideas on keeping my little ones fed. I currently one have FF's but am interested in feeders I can put in the cage (65 gal terrarium) that it can be somewhat self-sufficient. I searched about 4 pages and couldn't find anything. Anyone have any ideas???

Hey, why dont you just make a culture of FF's a week or so ahead of time and just place the whole thing into the viv? All youd need to do is modify a lid to keep the frogs out aswell as let the flies out.

That's kind of what I was thinking, but what about the issue of dusting? Does anyone have any pics of a way to do this??

My cultures do not get soupy, so I just take the lid off the culture and put it in the enclosure when I go on vacation for over 3-4 days. If you have a misting system, make sure the cup won't get filled. The flies will mostly stay in the culture.

There are some feeders that will reproduce in a viv. Springtails and pill bugs are two that will.

As far as dusting, your frogs will be fine with a week of no dusting.
