is it docile? ive been thinking of getting a mex black king but i cant decide if i want one or a pair, ill probably just get a female next year and get an adult male when shes full grown

I got a female Mexican Black King and she's got a real good temperment. I highly recommend one. Beautiful shiny black snake too

When I first got him he was extremely nippy and musked a LOT. that was about 2 weeks ago. Already he has stopped biting and has musked me 1 out of 5 handlings. He can still strike when your moving too fast but other than that he is good. He did however try and eat me after his last feeding. I guess my finger just looked too tasty!
