Odd question..... but I gotta ask

krich Nov 29, 2005 09:36 PM

Okay. I have had pig for 2 weeks. he ate once and regurged the next time(Sunday). I have not seen any BM's in his tank. I have looked but nothing. I am also trying not to disturb him, since it is part of the whole "regurge FAQ" that kathy told me about. Thanks for all your help guys!!

It is especially true on any wood shavings substrate. But don't worry, once he gets a little bigger, you will WISH the poops were as small as they used to be!!

I agree 1,000,000% with Kathy! I dearly wish Hope's poops were as small as they used to be! I clean out the whole cage and if I don't spot clean then it smells just as bad 2 weeks later I am glad she only goes about once a week

I have three young snakes (corn, milk, and king). All from Aug/Sep hatching. Their poops look like bird poop. Sometimes brown, often yellow/white, but never really firm. Does this change as they grow older?

Yes I think it does. The urates will always be there but it seems that there is more solid matter than liquid as they get bigger.
