i wouldn't try that combination if for some reason you must mix species. i'd say one of my larger sikorae could easily eat a phantasticus if it was hungry enough. similarly sized animals would make the most sense if you've got to house them together.
not only size, but really think inteligently about the natural
habitat each cage mate comes from, their independant needs and your finacial ability to provide the right husbandry to all animals you collect. nothing wrong if you know how, with multi-species vivariums but do your due diligence first. skikorae come from a differnt micro climate, use different wood to climb and need a much larger tank then you'd think. sikorae like rought lichen covered vertical brancing twice as this as thier body and phantasticus like smooth barked branching that is more horizontal by nature and of the diameter of the phants neck but not thinner then their tails from what i've learned from my projects and working with others.
besides, if you don't know enough about each species or a genra of animals as indiviuals then don't risk their health and life just to save money on tanks, look cool or let the impulse buy take over your control. cough cough...IMO
I've housed phants with mantella; painteds, rieppeleon brevicaudatus, Phelsuma klemerri and i could do this becuase each micro climate, each micro habitat; flora and hardscape needs were meet for each species and the habitats were always larger enough for them to get along. don't crowd! sikorae need something taller then wide and wider then a twenty tall!!! 2' x 2' x 4' on average. also you might consider housing the phants with something that won't compete for food or space at the same time, day and night.
