My golden gecko has lumps!

My golden gecko has two lumps behind the head on the neck is this a way to tell sex? Also will the golden eat as aggresively as the tokay, like Pinkies perhaps?

the lumps on the neck are calcium sacks ( they should be a whitish color)
and as far as i know only females of that species get the calcium reserves that are that noticeable.
