Here are four gentilis from the same locale in Russell County. This demonstrates the amount of variation these snakes can display. The one in the bottom right is a screamer at about 17" with nice butterfly saddles...

......where's the Kleenex?

Is there any locality info to go with that snake? Thanks.

I will email Matt and get the locality for you.

A few questions...

Are blanchardi a difficult snake to find? I have heard that they are a particularly hard to find species, but given their nature as Lampropletis, I feel that this must be untrue.

Nice very nice.
I love the wc photos. It's so easy to go buy alot of these snakes from breeders. I've done it. But there is nothing better then going out and finding them on your own in the wild. It can be hard work but so rewarding in return.
Great photos by the way.
Thanks
