I just received my renewal notice and it is asking for receipts for any new animals that are to be added to the permit. It's my first renewal, but I didn't need any receipts to get the initial permit.

Is this a new requirement?

Anyone know what specifically they want to see? Is it just a statement from the breeder stating that the animal is captive bred? Does it need to be certified in any way?

Any help is appreciated.
