Egg Incubators

tonysemper Nov 30, 2005 06:20 PM

I currently am considering breeding a pair of sulcata tortoises and a pair of red foot tortoises. My question is will one type of incubator be sufficient for the both of them? What type of incubator should I get and where should I get it from? How should the eggs for either species be incubated? I'm looking for alot of info on this so please as specific as possible. Thank you for your time and patience, It is much appreciated.

you're asking for quite a volume of information. it would be much faster if you visited some websites where the information is already for you to read. there are also some good books by Andy Highfield that you should check out.

for starters, go to:

http://www.russiantortoise.org/
http://www.africantortoise.com/

hope this helps you get started,

matt
