Printing digital photographs...

Antegy Jul 23, 2003 11:42 AM

Just a quick question:

If I am to print any of my digital photos, what size and/or resolution should the photo be?

For example - if I want to print a 4"x6" photo, what dimensions should I have my image set to? And what resolution is best (72dpi, 300dpi, etc.)?

Thanks for any advice,
- Mark

Photos should be at least 300 dpi for printing.

To determine what size to print when you go to image resize 400 by 600 should produce a 4 inch by 6 inch photo. 500 by 500 is 5 inch by 5 inch etc etc.
